Haven't received my payment

It could be because of any of the following reasons:
Incomplete Deliverables: You haven't submitted all the deliverables
Rejected Deliverables: Your submission has been rejected, check the reason on app
Missed Deadline: You weren't able to submit deliverables within decided timeline
Later Due Date: For many campaigns, we specify when the payment will be issued
Delay by OPA: There have been instances when we have been late by a few days. If it's been over a few days, please do  contact us .

How will I receive the payment?

You will be able to claim payment on the App itself. In addition, you will receive an SMS and email too with the payout link. Learn how the payout link works  here .

Received an incorrect amount!

Oops! must have been an error. Please bring this to our notice by a  WhatsApp message . We will fix it ASAP.

Entered wrong UPI ID or Bank Details

If you entered the wrong UPI ID or Bank Details while collecting payment, 2 things can happen:
Payment Fails: if the UPI ID or Bank Details entered do not exist, then the payment will fail. This is good news. You can then re-attempt and enter the right details. It may take up to 48 hours to learn if the payment has failed.
Payment is Successful: if the payment has successfully been made to an incorrect account, it's irreversible. There's nothing that OPA can do. The last resort would be to try and find the incorrect account on GooglePay and request a refund by direct message.
