Haven't received the product

You can track your shipment on the App itself. In case the delay is making you miss the deadline, you can post within 2-3 days after receiving the product. We regret the inconvenience.

How to change address?

If you entered the wrong address for a collaboration, please  WhatsApp us at +91-74004-14004 . We will ensure that relevant teams at OPA are informed. However, we do not promise the change, as it's dependent on how far the shipment has reached.

Fake delivery attempt!

This happens. At times, the delivery executive fakes a delivery attempt for the sake of meeting their daily delivery targets. But do not worry, OPA's operations team keeps an eye on failed attempts and ensures such deliveries are re-attempted honestly within a day or two.

Please do not share the delivery OTP with anyone until you have physically received the product.

No Delivery Charges

All our shipments to influencers in a barter collaboration are pre-paid. The receiver has to pay no delivery charges, no product charges, no tax, it's completely free.

In case the delivery personnel demands shipping charges, he/she must be mistaken. You can point out "Pre-Paid" written on the shipping slip. The shipping slip is pasted on the outer box of the parcel. Alternatively, you may deny the shipment and  let us know  about the incident.
